Print-On-Demand A0 Size Paper for 2 Pages
Through a collaboration with Brooklyn Motif Printing, we now offer print-on-demand A0 size (approximately 33 by 48") paper patterns for our customers.
An A0 sized option has always been a part of our digital pattern licenses. But this collaboration provides a way to simplify the printing process by having Civil War Patterns send a copy of the A0 size file in a customer's licensed pattern directly to a professional printer for printing--with delivery to the customer's mailbox.
These A0 size paper pattern copies are printed on a premium plotter paper that is manufactured exclusively for the textile industry. It is much sturdier than traditional pattern tissue, but lighter than the bond paper offered by most print shops. If you prefer to work with paper patterns, you’ll love this new option!

How it works:
When you purchase a digital pattern license for one of our patterns, you can have us handle sending the A0 file from your pattern license to Brooklyn Motif Printing. There is a link to purchase this print-on-demand option with each product that has an A0 file as part of its digital pattern, which can be added to your shopping cart. After placing your order with this option as an add-on, you’ll not only receive your digital pattern via email, but Civil War Patterns will also send a licensed A0 file directly to Brooklyn Motif Printing for you. Brooklyn Motif Printing will then mail it directly to your mailbox.
What is included in the A0 paper pattern?
Printing of the A0 size pattern is only for the A0 size PDF pages in your digital pattern. The number of pages range from one to three pages depending on the pattern. The rest of the pattern, which includes instructions and layouts remains digital and can be easily accessed via a smart phone, tablet, or a computer.
Why is there a range in the cost of the A0 size paper pattern?
The price increases slightly depending on how many sheets of paper are required.
Is the paper A0 size pattern still licensed?
Yes. Civil War Patterns is only facilitating the printing of the licensed A0 size PDF that was purchased as part of the digital pattern from its website.

How is the paper pattern shipped?
Your A0 size paper pattern will be folded, packaged, and then shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
How long will it take to receive a A0 size pattern?
Typically, your printed pattern should arrive between six to ten business days after Civil War Patterns places the order. If you need it sooner, our digital patterns include an option for projecting and for tiling with 8.5 by 11” sheets of paper.
